Mission's International
Hotel Services provide a new source of revenue for the
hospitality industry. Most hotels do not currently receive a
commission for collect and credit card calls and have to
pass a charge on to the guest in the form of a surcharge.
Hotels can now share a percentage of the gross call revenue
with Missions service. Mission's international
operator service is automatically accessed by hotel guests
from their rooms, the hotel lobby and with our International
Operator Calling card from anywhere in the country*.
How it
works
The hotel guest sees our
attractive color phone sticker and room display tent card
offering them versatile billing options for their
international call. When the guest chooses our International
Hotel Service by dialing the instructed speed dial on his
phone, the call is instantly speed-dialed through the
hotel's PBX into our international operator service center
in the USA.

"International operator, Thank You for staying at the (Hotel
Name)"
The operator's call screen identifies the hotel's preferred
language, calling rates, and other hotel data.

Customer gives billing method and the number they would like
to call

International operator says "Enjoy
your stay at the (Hotel Name)"

Call is then put through to guest's destination number to
anywhere in the world
No Equipment is Necessary
We simply program the
hotel's PBX to dial our operator service whenever the
customer chooses to press the appropriate speed dial number
shown on the display cards in the hotel room. The calls to
our operators are placed using our international toll free
numbers or through our callback service. Calls made using
the toll free number and callback service are paid by
Mission Communications.
